Born in São Paulo, Brazil, Viviane studied Advertising and Marketing at the Fundação Cásper Líbero and Cinema Management at the University of Waikato in New Zealand. Her career experience was acquired while working for the largest film producers in South America (5.6, JODAF, Cine Cinematográfica), and in multinational advertising agencies (Leo Burnett, Euro RSCG). She was the audiovisual production coordinator for the Portugal Telecom Group, coordinating and controlling the Production area for all the PT Group companies. Presently she is the Production Director at APP.

Born in Boavista, Porto, Joaquim's professional life started as a manufacturer of surf boards (where he developed a liking for production, marketing and design). Later on he took courses in Equipment and Decoration, as well as Photography at the António Arroio School. He also worked as a free lance designer with several design companies. He then joined the Editorial Império team as a designer responsible for quality control while attending the architecture course at ESBAL. Joaquim was then invited to work at Euro RSCG, in graphic production, where he stayed until leaving for Bates Red Cell where he became Production director even after the merger with Young & Rubicam. Presently he is the Production director at APP.

Born in Lisbon, Portugal, Alfredo took a FOTOCART Course (cartographic photography) at the Cartographic Department of the Portuguese Army, as well as attending a Digital Photography Course. He started working in 1995 as a TV producer at Abrinício Publicidade, and joined JWT in 2000 as a TV producer. Presently he is the Executive Producer at APP.

Born in Sintra, Portugal, Liliana studied at the Santa Maria - Sintra secondary school where she graduated in Humanities. She lived in London during three years where she took a course on Quality, Hygiene and Safety at Work. She worked as Quality Supervisor at Salad Foods in Selsey, England. On her return to Lisbon she worked in the administrative area of Kirby, a multinational company. She took a Secretarial course at the Instituto Superior Novas Profissões, and today she works as the receptionist and management secretary at APP.

Born in Luanda, Angola, Isabel grew up in Lisbon, Portugal. After leaving school she took part in the AFS, a youth exchange programme, and lived for one year in Holland. She took a photography and audiovisual media course at the António Arroio School. She attended the Public Relations and Advertising course at the Instituto Superior Novas Profissões, ISNP. She joined JWT in 1997 as a TV producer, then became an assistant and later head of production at Panorâmica 35, a producer of commercials, and as TV producer at Young & Rubicam. Presently she is an Executive Producer at APP.

Born in São Paulo, Brazil, Vanessa studied Interior Design at the Faculdade Belas Artes de São Paulo. She then took a design course at the Escola Panamericana de Artes in São Paulo. She studied photography in San Diego, California. Her first job was in casting and field production at O2 Filmes, a São Paulo production house. She later did photography production for photographers in São Paulo. Presently she is an Executive Producer at APP.

Born in Lisbon, Portugal, Maria took a course in show production at the IFICT, and an interior decoration course at INEPI. She was a production assistant at two Festivais de Outono (Autumn Festivals), a manager of shopping areas, a TV and Graphics producer at SynergyConnect (former ThompsonConnect Worldwide), as well as working in the Relationship Marketing unit of the J. Walter Thompson Group. Presently she works as an Executive Producer at APP.

Born in Lisbon, Pedro attended an advanced photography course at IPF. He started work as a photography assistant at the 9/12 Studio. He was a photographer at Estúdio Câmara Clara, a TV producer at Cinevoz, a TV/Graphic producer at Milénio and a Graphic producer at Young & Rubicam. Presently he is an Account Manager at APP.

Born in Portugal, Olga started working at Boom & Bates Portugal in the secretarial pool before going on to the production department. She took specific courses in the area of events and special projects, such as the course of Organization of Events and Protocol given at the Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa. After the fusion with Young & Red Cell she remained within the same job. Presently she is an Executive Producer at APP.

Born in Lisbon, José attended the first year of the Architecture course of the ESBAL - Escola Superior de Belas Artes de Lisboa. He then took a History course and a furniture design course, lastly a Carpentry course, and then a course on wood. He ran his own advertising studio where he produced campaigns, outdoor advertising for the Estoril race track and constructed stands at national and international exhibitions. He took a course on scale modeling, final art and graphic production (stamping, printing and offset) at CÓMER; and learnt about final art, colour selection and graphic production monitoring at advertising agencies and at BLOCO 2 studio. At the Grupo Impala he did design, copy, illustration and final art for special editions and was a graphic producer at JWT, part of the WPP group. Presently he is an Executive Producer at APP.

Born in Lisbon, Portugal, Gabriela was brought up in São Paulo and New York. She took a Journalism course at the Faculdades Integradas Alcântara Machado in São Paulo, Brasil. She worked in musical production and was responsible for the creation of the Production department of MTV Brasil. She was assistant director for "Noite Americana" in Lisbon. She worked at Nova Publicidade as TV producer; at Leo Burnett she was the Director of Audiovisual Production and at Young & Rubicam Portugal she worked as a TV producer. Presently she works as an Executive Producer at APP.

Born in Vila Garcia, Amarante, Glória attended a SME's management course and then started to work in the Production department of Boom & Bates Portugal as an assistant to the Production director. She worked in several other departments until she was made responsible for the department of Graphic and Audiovisual production at VIP - Publicidade e Marketing SA; she was responsible for Graphic production at WCJ Portugal and then at Publicis, and finally responsible for Print production costing at Ogilvy & Mather Portugal, SA. Presently she works as an Executive Producer at APP.

Born in Lisbon, Portugal, Jaime attended a Photography course at the Associação de Fotógrafos de Publicidade (Association of Advertising Photographers), and the course on Analogical-Digital Editing and Video-Audio. He started working at JWT in 1987 where he was responsible for setting up the photography department. Later on he became responsible for implementing and running JWT's audiovisual area. Presently he works as an Executive Producer at APP.

Born in Lisbon, Portugal, Alexandre graduated in Management and took an MBA at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa. He started work as an assistant in the financial department of Soc. Comercial Blandy Brother's. Along the way he worked in several companies (United Distiller's, Central de Cervejas, Tempo Media, Grupo Media Capital) in several positions in the marketing area; at Central de Cervejas he worked his way up during 10 years from product manager to Marketing Director . He was the founder of R2M S.A., a company in the area of logistic solutions. Presently he is the General Director of APP.

Born in Portugal, Joana graduated from the Instituto Superior de Novas Profissões in Public Relations and Advertising. She was a Project Manager at the Oxygen agency and a Graphic Producer at Uppartner. Presently she is an Executive Producer at APP.

Born in Benguela, Angola, where she was brought up, Cristina now lives in Lisbon. Graduated in Equipment Design she took three years of Architecture. She was a designer, teacher of visual arts and an advertising designer. She fell in love with production, film post production, FX and new technologies. At Publicis she became Art Director and then Production Director. She worked for various advertising agencies (Espiral, Publicis/Ciesa, Bates and Young & Rubicam) and presently she is an Executive Producer at APP.
